So is starting a pyramid business a good idea. I think the compensation plan of network marketing businesses are great. I also think that the majority of people involved with these companies are selling the sizzle and not the steak as one of my good friends puts it.

Before getting involved with a Direct Sales business you need to ask yourself a very important question. That question is this, “do I actually like what I am getting myself into?”  I am a strong believer in going with what you feel. If it feels wrong there is a good chance that it is wrong for you.

The fastest way to fail in this industry is to get involved with something for the money, make sure that you have real passion about what you are getting involved with.

Always Remember: Don’t be afraid to share who you are. Network marketing is all about relationship building. People like to shy away from asking people around them to join their business, you could be leaving a ton of money on the table by hiding behind your computer.

Network Marketing – Leverage Team Building With Duplication

A question that seems to get asked often is “How Do I Get My Network Marketing Team To Grow?” While the answer is simply the application can be very difficult. You see when a person joins a business online, they figure it should be pretty easy for them to find a few people that want to join their business.  The only way to see your business grow down levels is to have a process in place in which you can weed through your prospects to find who is the right person to work with you.

The harsh reality is most people are not meant to be business owners, they are trying out of desperation to make something work and they are looking for a miracle. There is nothing miraculous about becoming successful online, it comes down to hard work like anything else in life.

So how do we get the people we bring into our business to duplicate success?

This question has plagued me for years, after all network marketing is about duplication, but the question is what has to be duplicated? The answer isn’t what you think it is.  If you want true duplication in your business, you are going to have to find people who have the same Spirit, drive, motivation that you do and that is the bottom line. Everything else can be taught but it is the qualities that are inside us that matter.  Lets look for a moment at some of the traits the successful people have.

They Are:

  • Focused
  • Disciplined
  • Have desire
  • Know their why
  • Will not accept failure
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen
  • Ready to learn
  • Go the extra mile

This goes for every single successful person on the planet.  If you want to see real duplication in your business, seek out these people by becoming one of these people.
