Warning! Online Network Marketing Cloaked In Mystery

There is so much negative media about network marketing online. I think all the haters out there really don’t understand what it takes to make a couple of dollars in the network marketing industry online. Whilst it may not be the easiest thing possible, it is certainly feasible if you follow a certain path.

Let’s take MLSP, this mlm system was created to help people get more people into their network marketing business while having a funded proposal to boot.

I was a member of MLSP I have to say it’s easy to understand and there are some golden nuggets in the training. If you can get past the hype and the constant selling coming from within the system you might even be able to learn a thing or two.

One important factor to success in network marketing is having and maintaining influence over your flock. The person of influence is the person who ultimately always gets paid. So while you can earn $15 per person for this system you do it at the cost of loosing your influence over them. Why is this you may be thinking?

Well simply put, 97% of the people you attract into your marketing funnel will not be interested in your network marketing business. That is just the way it is. This doesn’t mean that you can’t earn affiliate commissions from them it simply means that they aren’t interested in your business.

In fact people are attracted to a program like MLSP because they “think” it is going to help them get more leads which is going to lead to more sign ups. This can happen for the person who already has their own unique mlm system in place.

Network Marketing Process – What exactly is a MLM SYSTEM?

While there are programs such MLSP – Prosperity Marketing  and other Mlm type systems. They all can be leveraged to help you get more exposure to your business and your brand.  But a real system isn’t about joining one or creating one and selling it.

A real Network Marketing system consist of a few different elements

  • A personal Blog
  • Autoresponder
  • Lead capture pages
  • opt in forms
  • landing pages
  • follow up emails
  • broadcasting emails
  • phone solicitations
  • video marketing

I think you get the idea. Your MLM system will be unique to you. You may leverage other products and programs, but ultimately your system will be one that works for you. My point of this post is to let you know that you will probably need to use some sort of network marketing system if you wanna get started online. You will more than likely need to find a good mentor.

But if you look at all the guru’s in the niche you will see every last one of them created their own products and services. The reason is simple, this is the only way to have true power over your destiny.

Tip: Never rely on any one program or company to be there for you. Online it’s a warzone with everyone trying to get money out of your pocket. Once you learn the game you will also be a player in it.

network marketing end up failing is because they got themselves a bad sponsor.  I can’t tell you how many times I have spoken with someone who has asked me for help and I am not the person who is in their upline. I am more like a side line or some cases not even in the same company..

This happens for 2 reasons:

1. They joined a big fish networker – This is a person who does 3-way calls dazzles you with their sales figures and then after the stars fade, you are sitting by yourself wondering what is the next thing you should do other than harass your family.

2. Or they joined a internet marketer who just cares about their numbers. They see prospects as nothing more than a revolving door. They focus on bringing new people in to make up for the people they lost the previous month.

In both cases you don’t want that person as your sponsor.

Network marketing – The Ugly Truth!

Most people fail in network marketing not because mlm is illegal rather because the people joining don’t understand the dynamics of it.  MLM would work better if people focused on finding things they are passionate about and not things that have a wow compensation plan.

We tend to put more effort into doing things we love anyways.  So this brings us to how do we make money online before we establish a network marketingteam that we can leverage?

Network Marketing – The Solution

If you have been involved with network marketing for any length of time you heard the term funded proposal. You may even use some in your marketing right now like for example Magnetic sponsoring or My Lead System Pro.

There is one truth that all successful online marketers share.. That is they get paid first!

Until recently this has been really challenging because most newbie marketers don’t have enough skill or story to create and launch a successful product.

Here is the solution that will solve the problem once and for all of” how to get paid while building your network marketing business.”

The Natural Progression Of Your Network Marketing Business

All of us ultimately starts in the same place when we start a network marketing business. Just recently I was talking to one of my friends who also happens to be in one of my downlines. He said that his wife was teasing him telling him he didn’t have a business at all. He was just recruit for someone else’s business.

Network marketing – The Larva Stage

When you are first starting out in your network marketing business you really don’t have much of a business at all. The problem is when crappy sponsors start leading you down the wrong path.  After some time you will start to realize that there is a natural order of things. Once you have your flow going you will start to see your business emerge.

Network marketing isn’t about network marketing products. Your actual business is the business of helping other people reach achieve their dreams. Your business is teaching other people how to duplicate your marketing.

Network Marketing – Model Of Success

Here is how most of journeys look

  1. We leverage our sponsors and company lead capture pages (this is the learning stage)
  2. We develop the ability to attract our own leads into our own unique marketing campaigns
  3. We realize that we need to earn money on the front of our “business”
  4. We actually realize that our network marketing company isn’t our business
  5. We start sharing our personal online marketing experiences
  6. We start creating our own unique products to sell to the market

All of us at one time or another has went through these steps. Ultimately you will also go through these steps.

Yes, you need to learn how to sell your companies products. Yes, you need to spend time learning how to be a good affiliate marketer. Yes, more than likely one day you will have enough success, enough credibility to start creating your own products.

Final Thought: Never rule out the possibility to give your products away for free in exchange for a persons name and email address.  From an online marketers perspective, network marketing is just a way to earn a residual income. While it is important to believe in what you do. Never loose site that your actual business is the business of selling yourself. So next time someone ask you what your business is, tell them it’s the business of relationship building..

Better yet tell them you are in the business of seeing peoples lives change.
