So is starting a pyramid business a good idea. I think the compensation plan of network marketing businesses are great. I also think that the majority of people involved with these companies are selling the sizzle and not the steak as one of my good friends puts it.

Before getting involved with a Direct Sales business you need to ask yourself a very important question. That question is this, “do I actually like what I am getting myself into?” I am a strong believer in going with what you feel. If it feels wrong there is a good chance that it is wrong for you.
The fastest way to fail in this industry is to get involved with something for the money, make sure that you have real passion about what you are getting involved with.

This really resonates with me! And you can really apply it to anything. I often see something online that can make you money and think “oh, I can do that, easy way to make money.” As I have read the statistics of how many fail at making money online that numbers are shocking, think it is something like 95% fail. Those 5% probably where very passionate to push through the losses and into success.
