I do know people who have these traits and I have always admired them, just have not been sure how to mimic them or truthfully gain these traits. I will work harder at it though, and hopefully these people can introduce me to other people who will help me be a better and more successful person as well!

Thanks for sharing… Building your Network Marketing Business is not that easy, I agree with you on the quality potential team members should have. I have found faith and patience to be great qualities of people who win in the long run. People looking for a get rich quick opportunity never seem to hang around long enough to reap any results.

I agree if you are not dedicated and driven you will fail. Too many people are lead to beleive it will happen overnight but it takes effort. There is no such thing as a push button money miracle, trust me I been there, it just does not exist.

I think Team Building is a great idea to improve your team. This way you will know each person’s strengths and weaknesses and how they can complement each other and work well as a team.

- Willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen
- Ready to learn

most people would come in feeling that they already know so much and are ignorant in acccepting new information
