A question that seems to get asked often is “How Do I Get My Network Marketing Team To Grow?” While the answer is simply the application can be very difficult. You see when a person joins a business online, they figure it should be pretty easy for them to find a few people that want to join their business. The only way to see your business grow down levels is to have a process in place in which you can weed through your prospects to find who is the right person to work with you.
The harsh reality is most people are not meant to be business owners, they are trying out of desperation to make something work and they are looking for a miracle. There is nothing miraculous about becoming successful online, it comes down to hard work like anything else in life.
So how do we get the people we bring into our business to duplicate success?
This question has plagued me for years, after all network marketing is about duplication, but the question is what has to be duplicated? The answer isn’t what you think it is. If you want true duplication in your business, you are going to have to find people who have the same Spirit, drive, motivation that you do and that is the bottom line. Everything else can be taught but it is the qualities that are inside us that matter. Lets look for a moment at some of the traits the successful people have.
They Are:
- Focused
- Disciplined
- Have desire
- Know their why
- Will not accept failure
- Willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen
- Ready to learn
- Go the extra mile
This goes for every single successful person on the planet. If you want to see real duplication in your business, seek out these people by becoming one of these people.

most people would come in feeling that they already know so much and are ignorant in acccepting new information
I think Team Building is a great idea to improve your team. This way you will know each person’s strengths and weaknesses and how they can complement each other and work well as a team.
I agree if you are not dedicated and driven you will fail. Too many people are lead to beleive it will happen overnight but it takes effort. There is no such thing as a push button money miracle, trust me I been there, it just does not exist.

I have found faith and patience to be great qualities of people who win in the long run. People looking for a get rich quick opportunity never seem to hang around long enough to reap any results.

Thanks for sharing. I think team building is essential and brings a team together to work at the best of their ability.
These are great idea and concept to keep in mind but what does it look like from day to day.
I do know people who have these traits and I have always admired them, just have not been sure how to mimic them or truthfully gain these traits. I will work harder at it though, and hopefully these people can introduce me to other people who will help me be a better and more successful person as well!
